Guide: Install Arduino Drivers in Windows 8

Arduino, is the World’s Best Open Source Electronics Prototyping Platform. But To work with Latest windows 8, drivers need to be install bypassing digital signature. So In order to install Arduino Drivers into your Windows 8 PC. Follow the below steps to get connected with your Arduino USB.

Procedure for Bypass Windows Digital Signature Verification

Step1:

Press Windows Key + R

Step2:

Enter shutdown.exe /r /o /f /t 00

Step3:

Click the “OK” button.

Step4:

System will restart to a “Choose an option” screen

Step5:

Select “Troubleshoot” from “Choose an option” screen

Step 6:

Select “Advanced options” from “Troubleshoot” screen

Step 7:

Select “Windows Startup Settings” from “Advanced options” screen

Step 8:

Click “Restart” button

Step 9:

System will restart to “Advanced Boot Options” screen

Step 10:

Select “Disable Driver Signature Enforcement”

Step 11:

Once the system starts, install the Arduino drivers and your Digital Signature verification is no more.
